Refund and Cancellation policy

Due to the nature of our product, all requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. Please contact us via info@lapetal.com.au with photo evidence. Our team will try our best to resolve your complaint. All refunds for orders are credited back to the original credit card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created.
